a. Payment Information and Identity Verification

YouTube
Customers utilizing our Republishing feature to distribute their podcast content in video form to YouTube will be subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and YouTube’s Terms of Service. Marketmind Local’s YouTube feature may utilize the YouTube API to distribute podcast episodes directly to Customers’ YouTube channels.
We have implemented the following:

- We along with third-party vendors, such as Google use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the Facebook cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions, and other ad services functions as they relate to our website.

- Account Management
a. Updating your Account
Some of your personal information may be seen and updated through your Account settings. If you linked your Marketmind Local Account to a third-party service, such as Facebook or Google, you may update your preferences and disconnect from that service under your Account settings. It is your responsibility to keep your personal information up to date.
b. Account Deletion
Deleting your account will result in an irreversible closure of your Marketmind Local account. Your personal information will be permanently destroyed after your account termination request has been completed (except for certain information that we may retain, as outlined in our Privacy Policy). This means that we will no longer be able to offer you our services, and if you want to use Marketmind Local again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
- International Data Transfers
Marketmind Local is based in the Philippines, and by using our services or providing us with your personal information, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in the Philippines or any other country where our service providers are located. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
We take appropriate measures to ensure that any international data transfers comply with applicable laws and provide adequate protection for your personal information.
