Event Name: Educators Night
Dates: May 3, 2024
Time: 7:30 PM
Venue: Kausawagan, Cagayan de Oro City
Top three (3) winners of each category will receive a cash prize and a plaque, consolation will also receive cash and certificate of participation.
Mechanics:
1. The dancers must interpret by draw lots dances/singing and drama/
2. Entrance and exit should not exceed one (1) minute each.
3. The dancing/singing or drama must be accompanied by the music prescribed enumerated above or any tape-recorded music. Live or taped music is allowed.
4. Participants must be composed of Parents, Teachers and Students.
5. Participants should be composed of minimum 15 and maximum of non, only composed of all males/females or a combination of both.
6. Interpretation and storyline must be present during the contest proper.
7. Staging may be implemented but the authenticity of the dance step, strictly proper attire/costimre with props and music shall be observed.
8. The decision of the judges is final and non-revocable.
Criteria:
40% – Choreography
Formation and transitions, difficulty and creativity
20% – Technique
Execution and precision of movements
30% – Group Execution and Costume
Blockings, general impression, costume, and energy
10% – Overall Production
COmmunication and production, expression, emotion, and audience impact
100% – Total Possible Points
