Event Name: Pabunggahay sa Sikad
Dates: May 14, 2024
Time: 10 AM
Venue: Kausawagan, Cagayan de Oro City
Top three (3) winners of each category will receive a cash prize and a plaque, consolation will also receive cash and a certificate of participation.
Mechanics:
1. Ang matag partisipanti nga maka apil sa maong contest kay kato lamang ang membro sa matag Toda nga naka rehistro sa barangay. Apan sa matag Toda isa lang ang contestant ang pwede makarepresent sa ilang toda ug kini pwede paga tabangan sa tibuok membro. Ang contest sa Pabunggahay sa Sikad mahitabo karong Mayo 14.
(The participant who will join this contst must be a member of a TODA that is registered in barangay. The TODA can only have one participant to represent them and the members can help the representative. The contest Pabunggahay sa Sikad will happen this May 14.)
General Appearance and Setup:
1. Isa ka partisipanti sa matag Toda
2. Dependi sa Toda kung unsa ang ilang gusto nga design sa ilahang trisikad.
3. Ang organizer bahala sa numbers sa matag stationary.
Criteria, Judging, and Prizes:
1. Final judging shall be based on the average of the ranking of the judges.
2. The decision of the Board of Judges shall be final and may not be appealed.
3. Violation of any of these rules may result in disqualification by the judges or barred from the parade.
4. Judging stations shall be determined by the organizer between the assembly points.
Criteria:
50% – Originality of Design
Concept, Uniqueness, Craftsmanship
40% – Overall impact
Attractiveness, vibrancy, and harmony of colors.
10% Discreet use if materials.
100% – Total Possible Points
