CDO 1st District Voter Registration at SM Uptown: Exercise Your Right from September 16-30, 2024!
The Office of the City Election Officer of Cagayan de Oro City 1st District will hold it’s Voter Registration at SM Uptown on September 16-30, 2024.

Dates: September 16-30, 2024
Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Venue: SM City CDO Uptown, Cagayan de Oro City
SERVICES DURING THE EVENT:
- New Registration
- Transfer/Reactivation
- Correction of Data Entries
- Change Civil Status
Who May Register?
- Any Filipino citizen who is NOT yet registered voter may apply for registration, provided he/she possess the following qualifications:
- At least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the National and Local Elections.
- A resident of the Philippines for at least one (1) year and in the place wherein he/she proposes to vote, for at least six (6) months immediately preceding the National and Local Elections.
- Not otherwise disqualified by Law.
Voter Registration:
- Present a valid identification document.
- Interview by registration staff.
- Fill out application form (CEF-1)
- Checking and verification of accomplished application form.
- Biometrics capture.
- Issuance acknowledgement receipt.
List of Valid Identification Documents:
- PhilSys National ID card
- Postal ID Card
- PWD ID Card
- Student’s ID card or library card, signed by the school authority
- Senior Citizen’s ID Card
- LTO Driver’s license/Studeny Permit
- NBI Clearance
- Philippine Passport
- SSS/GSIS ID or other UMID card
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP ID Card)
- Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) License
- Certificate of Confirmation issued by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) for members of ICCs of IPs
- Barangay Identification/Certification with photo
- Any other government issued valid IDs.
