MECHANICS
The contest is open to songwriters who are residents of Cagayan de Oro City. To Participate, please note the followiong requirements:
– Each entry must be an original work, and the contestant(s) must own all the rights, including copyright.
– Lyrics can be in Filipino, English, or a combination of both. Vulgar language is not allowed.
– Lyrics must be in-line with the Vision, Mission, and Objectives of CADAC.
– Entries must include an instrumental musical arrangement.
– Songs must not exceed 4 minutes, including intro and outro.
– Songwriters can choose their own instrumentalists and interpreters (maximum of 4).
– Submit lyrics, including the title, to the City Anti-Drug Abuse Division – Oro Wellness Center by October 19, 2024.
– Submit an MP4 file to the City Anti-Drug Abuse Division – Oro Wellness Center by October 23, 2024.
– The screening committee reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these requirements.

Si Dr. Rhyselle Bernadette Melliza-Descallar, head sa City Anti-Drug Abuse Division –Oro Wellness Center (CADAD-Oro Wellness Center) nga adunay pagasundon nga mga rekisitos.
Kini nga kompetisyon opisyal nga gipahibalo ni Dr. Descallar atol sa pagsaulog sa International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) 2024.
Ang awarding sa winning composition ipahibalo atol sa kasaulogan sa Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Month sa Nobiyembre.
