Resumption of Voter Registration

February 12, 2024 to September 30, 2024
Mondays to Saturday including holidays (except March 28-30, 2024)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Who May Register?
Any Filipino citizen who is NOT yet registered voter may apply for registration, provided he/she possess the following qualifications:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the National and Local Elections.
• A resident of the Philippines for at least one (1) year and in the place wherein he/she proposes to vote, for at least six (6) months immediately preceding the National and Local Elections.
• Not otherwise disqualified by Law.

Procedure for Registration

1. Present a valid identification document.
2. Interview by registration staff.
3. Fill out application form (CEF-1)
4. Checking and verification of accomplished application form.
5. Biometrics capture.
6. Issuance acknowledgement receipt.

List of Valid Identification Documents

1. PhilSys National ID card
2. Postal ID Card
3. PWD ID Card
4. Student’s ID card or library card, signed by the school authority
5. Senior Citizen’s ID Card
6. LTO Driver’s license/Studeny Permit
7. NBI Clearance
8. Philippine Passport
9. SSS/GSIS ID or other UMID card
10. Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP ID Card)
11. Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) License
12. Certificate of Confirmation issued by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) for members of ICCs of IPs
13. Barangay Identification/Certification with photo
14. Any other government issued valid IDs.
