1. Must be a resident of Cagayan de Oro City.
2. Participants must be 15-30 years old.
3. Participants must be a registered voter of CDO (for verification)
4. If non-voters, they must present voters certification.
1. Group is composed of a minimum of 15 and maximum of 20 participants.
2. Open to all regardless of gender.
3. The list of participants must be endorsed by any official of their respective barangay.
4. Music must be 802 902
5. Music remix must be minimum of 3 music and maximum fo 5 music.
6. A minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of exactly 5 minutes.
7. Adding beatings and sound effects are allowed.
8. Costumes must be decent.
9. Only handheld props are allowed.
10. Using flamable, sharp object, liquid materials, live animals, and other harmful objects are prohibited.
11. Any violation on the above mentioned guides and mechanics will be automatically deducted by 5 points.
12. The sequence of performers will be identified on the day of activity.
30% – Choreography (Creativity, formation, uniqueness)
30% – Performance (Execution, timing, mastery, entertainment value)
15% – Costume and props (Liveliness and decency)
15% – Musicality (relevance to the them and mixing of music)
10% – Overall impact
Php 20,000 – First Prize
Php 15,000 – Second Prize
Php 10,000 – Third Prize
Php 3,000 – Best in Costume Award
Php 3,000 – Consiolation Prize
