CDO Wellness Fair 2024: Free Service for City Hall Employees at the City Tourism Hall on September 6, 2024!

“WELLNESS FAIR” ALANG SA CITY HALL EMPLOYEES IPAHIGAYON UGMA’NG ADLAWA”

IPAHIGAYON ugma’ng adlawa, Septiyembre 6, ang ‘Wellness fair’ nga gipasiugdahan sa Office of the Human Resource Management Officer alang sa mga city hall employees.

Ang “wellness fair” magsugod sa alas 8:00 sa buntag hangtud alas 5:00 sa hapon diha sa City Tourism Hall.

Lakip sa mga serbisyo nga gitanyag sa mga kawani ang libreng masahe (5-10 minutes), eye check-up, psychosocial consultation, yoga session (30 minutes), nutrition consultation, basic dental check-up ug general health consultation.

Giabisohan usab ang matag usa nga magsuot og nametag samtang magsuot usab sa sports attire, leggings lakip pagdala sa kaugalingong yoga mat alang niadtong mag apil sa yoga session.

Anaa usab healthy food booth kon mga baligya nga mga pagkaon gikan sa Bake o’clock, Greens and Sweets, Salads and LowCarb CDO ug Roots.

• Massage Therapy
• Eye Check-up
• Psychosocial Consultation
• Yoga Session
• Nutritionist Consultant
• Dental (Basic) Check-up
• Health (General) Consultation

Wellness Fair Important Reminders:

• There will be a short PROGRAM before the activity starts – YOGA SESSION will follow before the Consultations/Check-up proceeds.
• Exclusive for City Hall Empployees (Must war their Name Tag).
• If all seats are still occupied, please wait outside to prevent from overcrowding.
• Massage for a Cause.
• Basic Massage – 5-10mins.
• Do not take off your shirt.
• Highly encourage to give tip to the masseuse
• Limited slots
• Employees who are inside can buy their goods with a reasonable price
• Highly encouraged to join the 30 minutes Toga lesson from 10:30AM onwards. (Partnered with One Yoga Wellness Studio)
• Please be advised of the following:
  • Bring your own yoga mat.
  • Please wear sports shirts, leggings, jogging pants and the like since are in our workplace premise.
• Every consultation is priority number.
• Inserting from one consultation to another is not allowed.
• Patiently wait for your turn.
