Dinogan Festival at Barangay Carmen is the celebration of barangay fiesta in honor of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. The old name of Barangay Carmen was derived from the fact that it was forested by Dinog trees. The first ever Dinogan Festival was celebrated in 2019 with the Street Dancing opening the grand festivity.
