Kasalan ng Bayan Event is happening on May 18, 2024.
Requirements:
1. CENOMAR
– Will be paid for by CDO LGU
2. Birth Certificate
– Photocopy with no alterations
3. Any Valid Id Cards
– Preferably PhilSys ID or PCN derivative 3 photocopies
Specific Requirements:
1. Parental Concsent
– For applicants 18-20 years old
2. Parental Advise
– For applicants 21-24 years old
Parental consent and parental advise form will be sign by both parents at the office of City Civil Registrar with valid identification card.
