Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines – According to Limketkai Center during their Yearend Socials, they will be bringing back the nostalgic Skating Rink as part of their 2024 development plans.
This is great news not just for Cagayan de Oro City but also for Northern Mindanao as this iconic skating rink became part of Cagayanons childhood in the 90s, during the mall’s early years.
It was a place of first dates, weekend escapes, first try skating, and where friendships were forged, and laughter filled the air.
For Cagayanons of a certain age, the mere mention of “Limketkai Skating Rink” brings back a rush of memories. This legendary rink was once a part of the mall’s open-air amusement park in the 1990s and with its return, it evoked nostalgia and promising fresh thrills for a new generation.
